The exotic salad
Add two slices of pineapple, cut into cubes to 200g of sauerkraut, as well as 1 tbsp of soaked raisins, 1 tsp of vegetable oil and mix. Garnish with cut banana slices. Sprinkle with curry. Add a slice of rye bread. Bon appétit!
Russian salad
850g cabbage “Spicie”, 3 cooked potatoes, 2 cooked carrots, 5 cooked beets, 1 onion, 3 pickled cucumbers, vegetable oil, sugar and salt. Cut all the vegetables into small cubes, add the ”Spicie” sauerkraut, oil, salt, and sugar to taste, and mix all the components.
