Russian salad
850g cabbage “Spicie”, 3 cooked potatoes, 2 cooked carrots, 5 cooked beets, 1 onion, 3 pickled cucumbers, vegetable oil, sugar and salt.
Cut all the vegetables into small cubes, add the ”Spicie” sauerkraut, oil, salt, and sugar to taste, and mix all the components. Allow it to infuse for 1 hour so that all the vegetables are stained red.
