White Bean Chocolate Brownie!

Ingredients

Ingredients (for 6-10 servings):

  • 2 farm eggs
  • 150 g Dimdiņi white beans
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g chopped hazelnuts
  • 100 g butter
  • 60 g brown sugar
  • 80 g wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler (pour water into a pot and bring to a boil, then place a metal bowl on top).
  3. Whisk the eggs with the brown sugar.
  4. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Stir the melted chocolate into the whisked egg mixture. Also, mix in the combined flour, white beans, and hazelnuts. Stir everything until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  6. Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake for 15-18 minutes.
  7. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
