Stewed cabbage sandwiches!

Ingredients

You will need:
  • 500 g Dimdiņi stewed cabbage
  • a loaf of your favorite bread
  • 3-5 smoked chicken thighs
  • oil for frying
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
  • parsley for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Remove the meat from the chicken thighs.
  2. Heat a pan with oil and fry the cabbage together with the chicken for 8-12 minutes. Add salt and pepper if needed.
  3. Slice the bread and top with the cabbage and chicken.
  4. Garnish with finely chopped parsley.
