Kale leaf salad with pine nuts!

Ingredients

What you'll need (serves 4)
  • kale
  • onions
  • garlic
  • cherry tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • seasoning to taste
  • a handful of pine nuts
  • a handful of herbs
  • grated hard cheese (for serving)

Preparation:

  1. Pour the olive oil into a hot pan and add the onions and garlic.
  2. Add the kale, cut into 6–10 cm pieces. Sauté for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes and seasoning, and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with herbs and toasted pine nuts.
  5. Serve hot. Grated hard cheese sprinkled on top makes the salad even more delicious.
