Cranberry-baked chicken fillet with braised cabbage!

Ingredients (serves 4): For the chicken fillet:
  • 4-6 medium chicken fillets
  • 4-5 tablespoons of cranberries
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • a pinch of salt
For the cabbage:
  • 400 g Dimdiņi braised cabbage
  • 400 g Dimdiņi red braised cabbage

Preparation:

  1. Heat a pan with olive oil. Peel the garlic cloves.
  2. Add the garlic cloves, cranberries, rosemary sprig, and salt to the pan. Fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken fillets and fry for 8-10 minutes on both sides.
  4. In a separate pan, heat both types of braised cabbage for 7-10 minutes.
  5. Serve both types of cabbage together with the chicken fillets.
