White Bean Chocolate Brownie!

Ingredients
Ingredients (for 6-10 servings):
- 2 farm eggs
- 150 g Dimdiņi white beans
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 50 g chopped hazelnuts
- 100 g butter
- 60 g brown sugar
- 80 g wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler (pour water into a pot and bring to a boil, then place a metal bowl on top).
- Whisk the eggs with the brown sugar.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir the melted chocolate into the whisked egg mixture. Also, mix in the combined flour, white beans, and hazelnuts. Stir everything until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake for 15-18 minutes.
- Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
