- 1 package Dimdiņi Baking Beets
- 100 g mixed salad leaves
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 200 g cottage cheese
- a handful of mixed herbs (parsley, dill, chives...)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- a pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Light the grill (takes approximately 15-20 minutes).
- Mix the beets with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt.
- Finely chop the herbs and mix with the cottage cheese. Add a little salt.
- Slice the radishes. Place the beets on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Arrange the salad: salad leaves, beets, cottage cheese, and radish slices.
