Ingredients (serves 4):
For the chicken fillet:
- 4-6 medium chicken fillets
- 4-5 tablespoons of cranberries
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 20 ml olive oil
- a pinch of salt
- 400 g Dimdiņi braised cabbage
- 400 g Dimdiņi red braised cabbage
Preparation:
- Heat a pan with olive oil. Peel the garlic cloves.
- Add the garlic cloves, cranberries, rosemary sprig, and salt to the pan. Fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the chicken fillets and fry for 8-10 minutes on both sides.
- In a separate pan, heat both types of braised cabbage for 7-10 minutes.
- Serve both types of cabbage together with the chicken fillets.
