What you'll need (serves 4)
- kale
- onions
- garlic
- cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- seasoning to taste
- a handful of pine nuts
- a handful of herbs
- grated hard cheese (for serving)
Preparation:
- Pour the olive oil into a hot pan and add the onions and garlic.
- Add the kale, cut into 6–10 cm pieces. Sauté for 10 minutes.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and seasoning, and sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with herbs and toasted pine nuts.
- Serve hot. Grated hard cheese sprinkled on top makes the salad even more delicious.
