Stewed cabbage sandwiches!

Ingredients
You will need:
- 500 g Dimdiņi stewed cabbage
- a loaf of your favorite bread
- 3-5 smoked chicken thighs
- oil for frying
- a pinch of salt and pepper
- parsley for garnish
Preparation:
- Remove the meat from the chicken thighs.
- Heat a pan with oil and fry the cabbage together with the chicken for 8-12 minutes. Add salt and pepper if needed.
- Slice the bread and top with the cabbage and chicken.
- Garnish with finely chopped parsley.
