Roasted broccoli with almonds, served with coleslaw!

What you'll need (for 4 people):
- 400g coleslaw
- 1-2 heads of broccoli
- 100g grated hard cheese
- 50g almonds
- 20g butter
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Wash the broccoli heads and cut them into florets. Place in boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the broccoli to fry. Add chopped almonds, salt, and pepper, and fry for 6-8 minutes.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the broccoli and serve with coleslaw.
