Red cabbage salad with fried prawns!

Ingredients (for 4 servings):
For the Salad:
- 300 g Dimdiņi red cabbage picnic salad
- 100 g cashews (for sprinkling)
- 300 g defrosted, peeled prawns
- 2 garlic cloves
- a few sprigs of thyme
- 10 g butter (half of 20 g)
- Pinch of salt
- 4-6 apricots
- 10 g butter (the other half of 20 g)
- a pinch of brown sugar
Preparation:
- Heat a pan with half the butter. Add the chopped garlic cloves, thyme sprigs, and salt to fry. Add the prawns and fry for 8-10 minutes.
- In another pan, melt the other half of the butter with the brown sugar. Cut the apricots in half and fry them for 10-12 minutes.
- Arrange the salad, prawns, and apricots on a plate. Sprinkle with cashews.
