Ingredients
What you'll need (for 4 people)
For the salad:
- 4–6 boiled potatoes
- 400 g Dimdiņi pickles
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- A handful of chopped herbs
For the dressing:
- 100 ml sour cream
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation:
- Cut the potatoes into thick slices, the radishes into rounds, and the eggs into small pieces.
- Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
- Place the salad ingredients in a bowl, pour over the dressing, toss, and serve.
