Nachos with pickled onions!

What you'll need (for 4 people):
For the salad:
- 200 g Dimdiņi pickled onions
- 400 g nacho chips
- 200 g canned corn
- 200 g cheddar cheese
- 1 bell pepper
- A handful of chopped herbs
Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread out the nacho chips.
- Grate the cheese and cut the bell pepper into small pieces.
- Top the chips with the cheese, pepper, and corn. Bake for 10–15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, top with the pickled onions, and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Serve and enjoy.
