Healthy Kale Smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 80 g kale leaves
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 apple (or 150 ml natural apple juice)
  • 250 ml natural pineapple juice

Preparation:

  1. Wash the kale leaves and cut off the tough stems.
  2. Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Wash the apple, remove the core, and cut into pieces.
  3. Place all ingredients in a blender, add the pineapple juice, and blend until smooth.

Serve with a mint leaf or a slice of lime. Enjoy!
