Healthy Kale Smoothie!

Ingredients
- 80 g kale leaves
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 apple (or 150 ml natural apple juice)
- 250 ml natural pineapple juice
Preparation:
- Wash the kale leaves and cut off the tough stems.
- Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Wash the apple, remove the core, and cut into pieces.
- Place all ingredients in a blender, add the pineapple juice, and blend until smooth.
Serve with a mint leaf or a slice of lime. Enjoy!
