Grilled chicken fillet with picnic salad and mint sauce!

Ingredients (for 4 servings):
For the chicken fillet and marinade:
- 500 g chicken fillet
- 600-700 ml warm water
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- Pinch of salt
- 500 g Dimdiņi fresh picnic cabbage salad with bell pepper
- 160 g plain yogurt
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 1 small chili
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix water, vinegar, cumin, and salt. Place the meat pieces in the marinade and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
- Fire up the grill.
- Thread the marinated meat onto wooden skewers and grill until cooked (30-40 minutes).
- Blend all sauce ingredients in a blender.
- Serve the chicken with picnic salad and sauce.
