Roasted broccoli with almonds, served with coleslaw!

Ingredients

What you'll need (for 4 people):
  • 400g coleslaw
  • 1-2 heads of broccoli
  • 100g grated hard cheese
  • 50g almonds
  • 20g butter
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Wash the broccoli heads and cut them into florets. Place in boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and add the broccoli to fry. Add chopped almonds, salt, and pepper, and fry for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the broccoli and serve with coleslaw.
