Ingredients

What you'll need (for 4 people)

For the salad:

  • 4–6 boiled potatoes
  • 400 g Dimdiņi pickles
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • A handful of chopped herbs

For the dressing:

  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation:

  • Cut the potatoes into thick slices, the radishes into rounds, and the eggs into small pieces.
  • Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
  • Place the salad ingredients in a bowl, pour over the dressing, toss, and serve.
