Nachos with pickled onions!

What you'll need (for 4 people):

For the salad:

  • 200 g Dimdiņi pickled onions
  • 400 g nacho chips
  • 200 g canned corn
  • 200 g cheddar cheese
  • 1 bell pepper
  • A handful of chopped herbs

Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread out the nacho chips.
  2. Grate the cheese and cut the bell pepper into small pieces.
  3. Top the chips with the cheese, pepper, and corn. Bake for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, top with the pickled onions, and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Serve and enjoy.
