Our goal is to increase efficiency and provide customers with high-quality products. Currently, the company is implementing a new project that will modernize production and increase export volumes.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About SIA &#8220;Dimdi\u0146i&#8221;<\/strong><br\/><br\/>SIA &#8220;Dimdi\u0146i&#8221; is a family business and one of the largest vegetable growing and processing companies in the Baltic States. From the cabbage we grow ourselves, we prepare sauerkraut, braised cabbage, and marinated cabbage salads. <br\/><br\/>We also offer customers various vegetable salads \u2014 beets in mayonnaise, steamed beets, Korean-style salads, and other products. Our range also includes boiled beans and peas. <br\/><br\/>Our mission is to produce natural, healthy, and valuable products!<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project goal<\/strong><br\/><br\/>The short-term goal of the project is to increase the efficiency of the production process. This is planned to be achieved by purchasing new production equipment that will reduce manual labor and simultaneously increase production volumes. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Planned investments<\/strong><br\/><br\/>As part of the project, it is planned to purchase various equipment to increase production capacity:<br\/><br\/> \u2022 a vegetable grater, an optical sorter, radial rotating brush rollers for a vegetable peeler, a bottle feeder, LED lighting, warehouse shelving, a box washer, an air dehumidifier, a container lift-tipper, and a printer.<br\/><br\/>Additionally, a solar power plant will be purchased and installed, allowing the company to switch to a more environmentally friendly energy source.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Funding<\/strong><br\/><br\/>The total eligible costs of the project amount to EUR 635,284.93. Of this amount, public funding accounts for 50%, or EUR 316,940.16. <br\/><br\/>As a result of the project, production efficiency will be increased and the use of alternative (solar) energy will begin.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About the project<\/strong><br\/><br\/>The project is being implemented within the open project application tender of the European Union&#8217;s European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).
