Chickpea hummus!

Ingredients

  • 400 g “Dimdiņi” chickpeas
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • A pinch of chili flakes or powder

Preparation:

  1. Pour the olive oil, salt, peeled garlic cloves, and chili flakes into a blender and blend everything together;
  2. Then gradually add the chickpeas and blend until the mixture is smooth;
  3. Serve on bread or with vegetables.
