Ingredients
- 400 g “Dimdiņi” chickpeas
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 100 ml olive oil
- A pinch of chili flakes or powder
Preparation:
- Pour the olive oil, salt, peeled garlic cloves, and chili flakes into a blender and blend everything together;
- Then gradually add the chickpeas and blend until the mixture is smooth;
- Serve on bread or with vegetables.
