Chickpea and kale soup!

Ingredients

What you'll need (for 4 people):
  • 300g Dimdiņi chickpeas
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 200g egg noodles
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes or sauce, depending on your preferred spice level
  • 2l vegetable broth

Preparation:

  1. Pour the broth or boiling water into a pot and add the bouillon cubes.
  2. Once the broth starts to boil, add the chickpeas, chopped kale, egg noodles, and chili.
  3. Cook for 7-10 minutes and serve!
