Pita bread with coleslaw salad and roasted zucchini!

Ingredients
- 4 pita breads
- 250 g Dimdiņi coleslaw salad
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 avocados
- A handful of mixed greens, optional
- A handful of hazelnuts
- A pinch of salt, pepper
- Oil for frying
- Cherry tomatoes, if desired
Preparation:
- Slice the zucchini into rounds and fry them in a heated pan with oil, adding salt and pepper. Fry for 8-10 minutes.
- Lightly warm the pita breads in a pan or oven.
- Slice the avocado into wedges, halve the cherry tomatoes, and chop the nuts and greens.
- Place coleslaw salad on each pita bread, then top with zucchini, avocado, and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and greens.
